13. Surface coatings inspection
Test center of surface coatings have passed the national measurement accreditation and recognition for CNAS, service for electronic, automotive, transportation, light industry, construction, energy and other industries as the third party authority testing organizations. The Institutions according to the relevant standards at home and abroad could test the surface coating and surface treatment liquid, metal materials and coatings, also provide high quality testing services persistently for Kingdream、Dongfeng Cummins company, Southern Yangtze company and other enterprises.

14. Quality Inspection
The General Parts and Accessories Quality Supervision & Inspection Center of Machinery Industry is an inspection agency that has the third legalization status. It is one of national laboratories authorized by the CNAL. It is also one of product certification laboratories appointed by China Certification Center for Automotive Products and China Certification Center for Quality Mark designated. It is also the integrated technology development base of China Association of Railway Engineering Construction.
The inspection capacity of includes: state supervision checks; united industry inspection; product quality certification inspection; periodic review inspection; import and export commodities inspection; arbitration inspection; commissioned inspection, etc. Inspection products includes: springs, fasteners, chain transmission, belt transmission, sieves, sieving, pipe fittings，sliding bearing, some metallic and non-metallic engineering materials and mechanical characteristics, chemical composition, metallurgical structure, fatigue life, surface protection, failure analysis testing of other products. -
15、機(jī)動(dòng)車零部件產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)制性（CCC）認(rèn)證檢測
北京中汽寰宇機(jī)動(dòng)車檢驗(yàn)中心承擔(dān)的CNCA指定的機(jī)動(dòng)車零部件產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)制性（CCC）認(rèn)證檢測項(xiàng)目（CNCA 2005年第33號(hào)公告）有：
汽車外部照明及光信號(hào)裝置、摩托車外部照明及光信號(hào)裝置、機(jī)動(dòng)車回復(fù)反射器和汽車內(nèi)飾件。
承擔(dān)的國家合格評(píng)定中心認(rèn)可的項(xiàng)目：
汽車安全帶、制動(dòng)軟管、機(jī)動(dòng)車后視鏡、摩托車和輕便摩托車后視鏡、門鎖及門保持件、汽車前照燈（GB4599-2007、GB21259-2007）、汽車前霧燈（GB4660-2007）、汽車倒車燈（GB15235-2007）。
承擔(dān)的其他檢測項(xiàng)目：
出口歐洲汽車零部件E－MARK認(rèn)證委托檢驗(yàn)、汽車零部件企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證——委托檢驗(yàn)、開展汽車零部件專用檢測裝備開發(fā)研制與技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓和實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)能力驗(yàn)證比對(duì)試驗(yàn)。
